GRILLED STEAK LOGS 
1 1/2 lb. sirloin or flank steak
8 slices bacon
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. light brown sugar

Slice steak into 8 (1 inch) wide strips if using flank steak, slice diagonally. Wrap each strip in bacon. Secure with toothpick.

Combine mustard, pineapple juice and brown sugar. Pour mixture over meat and marinate for 1 hour. Grill over hot coals until done. Baste with sauce while cooking.
