GRILLED STEAK FLAMBLE 
1 sirloin steak
1 1/4 c. bourbon
1/4 c. lime juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
Salt & pepper

Place steak in shallow pan of dish. Combine 1 cup bourbon, lime juice and brown sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over steak, cover, marinate for 1 hour. Prepare fire. When coals are covered with gray ashes place steak on greased grill top and cook as desired. Add melted butter to remaining marinade and baste steak on heated platter and pour 1/4 cup bourbon over and ignite for serving.
