GRILLED FAJITAS 
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. lemon peel
1 tsp. grated orange peel
2 lbs. beef sirloin tip, cut wafer thin
6-8 flour tortillas
Shredded cheddar cheese
Dairy sour cream
Salsa

Combine first 8 ingredients for marinade. Cut beef into strips and marinate 2 hours or overnight. Place beef strips in grill basket, reserving marinade. Preheat gas grill. Wrap tortillas in heavy duty foil; place on warming rack. Cook beef with cover down on medium setting 2 minutes on each side, or until done, basting with marinade. Fill tortillas with beef. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa and chopped avocado. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
