SPINACH & COTTAGE CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. sm. curd cottage
3 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 pkg. frozen spinach

Mix cottage cheese and unbeaten eggs in bowl. Add flour. Cut butter and cheddar cheese into coarse pieces and add to cottage cheese. Cut frozen spinach into cubes and combine with cheese mixture. Pour into well greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
