SUGARLESS APPLE PIE 
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice, thawed
5 or 6 Jonathan apples, peeled & sliced
Crust for 9-inch pie
2 tbsp. butter

In saucepan, stir together flour, cinnamon and salt. Gradually stir in apple juice. Coat apple slices with the thickened juice. F ill pie shell with coated apple slices. Dot apples with butter. Place in preheated 450 degree oven for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 350 degrees and bake 35 minutes longer. (A double or latticed crust may be used.) Tasty, but sugarless.
