STUFFED BELL PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. A-1 steak sauce
1/4 tsp. ground black peppers
6 lg. green peppers

In skillet over medium heat, brown meat and cook onion until tender. Pour off drippings. Stir in corn, tomato sauce, rice, steak sauce and pepper. Set aside.

Cut tops off peppers; remove seeds: Spoon meat mixture into peppers. Arrange in 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until peppers are done. Optional: Put a slice of your favorite cheese over peppers about 5 minutes before removing from the oven. Makes 6 servings.
