3 med. zucchini
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese or 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano

Slice zucchini very thin. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, combine all ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes or until tender. Serves 4 to 6.
