10 MINUTES OR LESS CHICKEN PARMESAN | |
fully cooked and breaded chicken patties 2-3 (8 oz. ea.) cans tomato sauce (Hunts) shredded or sliced Parmesan cheese cooked spaghetti (optional) seasoning of your choice for tomato sauce For seasoning, I like to use garlic powder and seasoned salt (Lawry's). Lightly spray pan with non-stick cooking spray (I use a cake pan) and place chicken patties in pan. Pour tomato sauce in a bowl and season to taste and then pour over chicken patties. Put cheese on top and bake at 350°F until cheese is melted. Serve over hot cooked pasta if desired (cook spaghetti according to package directions). This also tastes good the next day cold on a sandwich. Hope you enjoy. God Bless. Submitted by: Jayne Wright |
