CAROL'S CHICKEN PARMESAN 
3 or 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless), cut up
1 env. garlic/herb dry salad dressing mix (Good Seasons)
2 cups bread crumbs
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 to 1/2 cup wine (blush/white best)

Wash chicken well, leave slightly wet. Combine dry salad mix, bread crumbs and grated cheese in a Ziploc bag. Add chicken and toss.

Preheat oven 350°F.

Place chicken in a 9x13-inch baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Use the remaining mixture on top of chicken. Pour wine over all.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until chicken is done.

Serve with a green salad.
