20 Oreo cookies
1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) whipped topping

Crush cookies and layer 1/2 in 9x13 inch pan. Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar. Mix the pudding and milk and add to the cream cheese mixture. Fold in whipped topping. Spread this on top of cookie layer. Sprinkle with the remaining cookies. Refrigerate until set.
