HOT BEEF CANAPE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 (5 oz.) pkg. dried beef, finely chopped
1/4 c. instant minced onions
1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
Dash of pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix cream cheese and milk together until smooth. Add next four ingredients. Add sour cream. Spoon into pyrex dish. Shake walnuts on top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm with crackers or party bread. Serves 20 or more.
