HOT CHEESE CANAPES 
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. American cheese, finely shredded
6 slices bacon
White bread slices, trimmed of crusts

Cook bacon over low heat until most of fat is out, but NOT crisp. Drain and set aside. Cut bread into small shapes. Combine mayonnaise and cheese. Spread mixture on top of bread shapes. Cut bacon into 3-4 pieces and place a piece on top of each appetizer. Broil 4 inches from heat, until bubbly and brown.
