PINEAPPLE COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 lg. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
Cold water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese, creamed

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Drain pineapple and add to juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Stir in Jello and chill until slightly thickened. Combine cottage cheese with Jello and beat until fairly smooth. Stir pineapple into Jello. Can make layers with clear Jello, one of cheese and pineapple.
