HOT CRAB CANAPES 
1 (6, 8, or 9 oz.) pkg. frozen Alaskan King crab, thawed
2 tbsp. chopped pimento stuffed olives
1 tbsp. sliced green onions or reg. onions
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

(Or one 7 1/2 ounce can Alaskan King crab - use crabmeat from freshly caught crabs, if possible).

Have on hand Melba toast rounds or small canape bread. Drain and slice crab; combine with olives, onions and cheese. Blend in mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and salt. Spoon on Melba toast rounds. Broil 6 inches from heat just until hot and bubbly, 3 or 4 minutes. Serve hot. Makes about 3 dozen appetizers.
