CRAB PIE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. herb-seasoned packaged bread stuffing
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. finely chopped green part of scallions
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 to 2 c. crab meat
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crush stuffing mix. In mixing bowl mix with 1/2 cup of the butter; press mixture on bottom and sides of 8-inch pie plate.

Melt remaining butter in saucepan; saute scallions. Add flour, and gradually stir in milk; cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Stir in crab meat, pimentos, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Turn into pie plate. Bake 40-50 minutes; sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
