CRAB MEAT PIE 
1 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 lb. flaked crab meat
1 lb. Swiss Natural cheese, diced
2/3 c. green onions, sliced

Mix well mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Mix in Swiss cheese and onions. Gently fold in crabmeat. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees 40 to 45 minutes. Serve hot.
