CRAB-CHEESE PIE | |
1 (6-8 oz.) can Alaskan Snow crab meat 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar or Jack cheese 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. milk 2 tbsp. minced green onions (scallions) 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls Drain and slice crab meat. Combine with cheese, eggs, milk and onions. Line 9-inch pie plate with 5 triangles of dough. Press together to form crust. Spoon in crab mixture. Top with remaining triangles. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Makes 5-6 servings. |
