CRAB-CHEESE SPECIAL DIP 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
A dash each of salt and pepper
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained finely flaked and cartilage removed

Beat together cheese and milk until smooth. Add lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Stir in crab. Chill. Serve with crackers. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
