CRAB AND CREAM CHEESE COCKTAIL | |
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 sm. onion, minced 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. chili sauce 6 oz. crab meat, fresh or frozen, shucked and drained Blend together cream cheese, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Shape and fit in center of shallow soup dish and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. To serve, cover top of mixture with chili sauce, placing shredded crab meat on top so that entire surface is covered. Place on large platter and surround with your favorite crackers. |
