CRAB AND CREAM CHEESE SPREAD 
1 can crabmeat, drained and cleaned from bone
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. chili sauce, chilled
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. onion greens, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Parsley, chopped
Ritz crackers as garnish

Clean crabmeat and set aside. Slice cheese in half horizonally and place on platter so they touch side by side. Mix chili sauce, horseradish, Worcestershire, chopped onion greens, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce. Pour over cream cheese. Flake crabmeat over sauce and sprinkle top of crabmeat with chopped parsley. Serve with your choice of crackers.
