1 tbsp. wine or sherry
1/2 tbsp. minced onions
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. diced olives (green)
1 pkg. chipped beef

Marinate 1 tablespoon wine or sherry with 1/2 tablespoon minced onions. Whip cream cheese with mayonnaise. Add green olives and chipped beef. Cut chipped beef in small pieces with scissors. Mix and spread on party rye bread or crackers.
