CREAM CHEESE SPREAD 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. seasoning salt

Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Drain pineapple thoroughly getting all the moisture out you can. (I drain in small colander, then wrap in paper towel.) Mix all ingredients and stir well. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
