CRABMEAT CHEESE BALL 
1 1/2 lb. plain cream cheese
1/2 lb. imitation crab meat
1/2 bunch green onions
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Set cream cheese out for about 1 hour to let it soften. Thaw and drain crab meat really well. Mix all ingredients together and let sit for 1-2 hours. The flavor of the onion/crab/cheese will spread through the mixture. Then mold into balls and garnish with parsley and olives.
