3 c. shrimp or crab meat, cooked & cleaned
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 strips bacon
Salt & pepper

Saute pepper and onion in a little butter until soft. Layer shrimp, crumbs, onion and peppers in a casserole dish. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper and pour over shrimp mixture. Lay bacon strips on top and bake at 325 degrees until set and bacon is brown.
