SHRIMP PIE 
3 slices bread
1 c. milk
1 c. celery, onions and bell pepper mixed
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. fresh cooked shrimp
Salt and pepper to taste

Soak and crush bread in milk. Saute mixed vegetables in 3 tablespoons butter. Mix shrimp, vegetables, bread, salt and pepper. Grease pie plate with butter, pour shrimp mixture in pie plate. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
