CRAB PIE 
9 inch unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
6-8 oz. diced Swiss cheese
1/3 c. minced onion or spring onion
2 tbsp. parsley
1 lb. crab meat (preferably claw)

Combine mayonnaise, seasoning, eggs, milk, and flour. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees for 30 minutes more. Serves 6.
