HAMBURGER PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
Prepare instant mashed potatoes to make 6 cups
1 egg
1 1/2 c. croutons
1 can Golden Mushroom soup
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. onion flakes

In 8 x 11 baking dish spread ground beef into a thin layer. Sprinkle salt, pepper and onion flakes on top. Cover with can of cream of mushroom soup. prepare mash potatoes per recipe to make 6 cups. Mix croutons and egg with prepared mashed potatoes and spread on top of casserole. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Cover with Mozzarella cheese and bake 10 more minutes until cheese melts. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes before serving. Does not freeze well but reheats easily in microwave. If prepare ahead let sit for 30 minutes prior to baking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
