SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DISH 
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 stick butter
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts, chopped fine
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Saute onion in butter. Add cooked, drained spinach, drained artichokes and sour cream. Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
