SALMON PIE 
1 c. salmon
6 dots butter
1 1/2 - 2 c. mashed potatoes

DOUGH:

1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. flour

Cut up flour, salt, baking powder and shortening until well flaked. Make a paste of remaining flour and water and add to first mixture. Line 9" pie pan with dough. In a bowl flake salmon but not mush. Spread in pie shell evenly and spoon nicely creamed potatoes over salmon. Do not pack but leave fluffy and dot with butter. Spread over loosely your top dough a little thicker than ordinary pie crust. Design top crust. Let brown nicely at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes.
