SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH BROCCOLI | |
1 pkg. Betty Crocker Scalloped Potatoes 2 tbsp. butter 2 1/2 c. boiling water 2/3 c. milk 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed and broken apart 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained Mix potato slices, sauce mix, butter, water, milk, broccoli and mushrooms in ungreased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered, until potatoes are done (tender), 1 hour at 325 degrees. |
