EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH
BROCCOLI
 
1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. boiling water
2/3 c. milk
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed & broken apart
1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix potato slices, sauce mix (in potato package), butter, water, milk, broccoli and mushrooms in ungreased 2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, until potatoes are tender, about 1 hour. 6 servings.
