TOMATOES VINEGRETTE 
1 c. oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 cloves garlic
Basil and Parmesan

Slice tomatoes and place in single layer in glass dish. Mix oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and chopped garlic and pour over tomatoes. Sprinkle with basil and Parmesan. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
