FRIENDSHIP SOUR DOUGH BREAD 
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. instant potato flakes
1 c. warm water

Mix and let stand out of refrigerator all day. Then refrigerate. Remove 1 cup of mix for bread and return to refrigerator. Feed starter mix every 3 to 5 days using recipe above. If you are not going to make bread, remove 1 cup of starter and throw away or give to a friend with the recipe.

BREAD
1 c. starter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. warm water
6 c. all-purpose flour

Mix in large bowl in the evening. Let stand all night.

In the morning, punch down. Divide into 3 parts for bread (or roll out and cut with biscuit cutter for rolls on greased cookie sheet). Make 3 loaves. Brush top with butter and let stand 6 hours or longer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
