FETTUCCINE WITH PEANUTS AND
GARLIC
 
1 head garlic, yes, head
1/2 c. peanuts, salted or unsalted
1 c. olive oil or any vegetable oil
1/2 lb. spinach fettuccine
1/2 lb. egg noodles

Peel all the cloves of the garlic head and crush them. Crush the peanuts. Brown the garlic and peanuts in the oil. Cook the pasta and toss with the sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan if you wish.
