SCALLOPS & SHRIMP PRIMAVERA OVER
FETTUCCINE
 
1 lb. scallops
1 lb. shrimp, cleaned
Julienne strips of carrots, zucchini, red & yellow peppers
1 c. broccoli florets
1 c. sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
1 pt. heavy cream
Salt, pepper & fresh parsley to taste
3/4 c. grated cheese
1 lb. fettuccine

Saute scallops and shrimp in butter or 3-4 minutes. Remove from saucepan. Add all vegetables with seasonings and saute 5-6 minutes. Pour heavy cream into the sauteed vegetables and simmer 5 minutes, then add scallops, shrimp and grated cheese. Cook on low heat for another 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook fettuccine according to instructions. Then combine everything and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately.
