SHRIMP AND SCALLOPS SCAMPI 
8 shrimp, uncooked
12 scallops, uncooked
1 stick butter
Chopped garlic (tiny)
Paprika
Fine ground black pepper
Mushrooms, sliced thin
Soy sauce
Au Jus
Rice
2 saute pans
Parsley

Place the 2 saute pans on separate burners on range. Turn on fire to medium; put butter and garlic in 1 saute pan to melt. Put au jus and soy sauce in second pan to boil. When done, place sliced mushroom in and saute for 2-3 minutes.

When butter and garlic are melted, put in shrimp and scallops. Saute for 3-4 minutes. While doing, place in paprika and pepper. Place shrimp and scallops over rice. Pour melted butter over dish and pour over mushrooms. Top with parsley.
