1 whole chicken
1 lg. bag Doritos
1 lg. bag Doritos
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can tomatoes, cut up into sm. chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. onion, diced

Cook whole chicken and debone. Combine remaining ingredients together in medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. In 13 x 9 layer chicken, Doritos, sauce combination. Cook in 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Add 1 pound grated longhorn cheese. Replace in oven until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
