Any number of baking potatoes Butter Milk Seasonings Cut baked potatoes in halves lengthwise. Scoop out potato. Whip until well blended and fluffy with butter milk and seasonings. Mound up in potato shells. Sprinkle with paprika or grated cheese. Heat in moderately hot 400 degree oven until golden brown and cheese has melted. |
