LUSCIOUS LEMON DESSERT 
2 c. flour
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 sticks butter
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 c. whipped topping (2-9 oz. containers)
3 boxes instant lemon pudding
4 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. nuts

STEP 1: In a 9"x13" pan, combine confectioners' sugar, flour and butter. Press into bottom to make crust. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees and let cool.

STEP 2: Beat cream cheese. Fold in two cups whipped topping. Spread on top of crust.

STEP 3: Beat lemon pudding with milk until very thick. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture.

STEP 4: Top with 2 cups of whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts.
