RUBY'S YUMMY DESSERT 
2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. plain sifted flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 sm. Cool Whip
1 lg. instant pudding mix or 2 sm. instant pudding mixes
3 c. milk - if two flavors are used 1 1/2 c. milk for each
1 sm. Cool Whip

Step I: Take butter and melt. Mix 1 1/2 cups flour and nuts with fork. Use 11x13 pan and press into bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Take out and let cool.

Step II: Take 8 ounce cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 small Cool Whip and beat together. Spread over crust.

Step III: Take instant pudding (any flavor). Add 3 cups milk and beat with mixer. Refrigerate until it sets. (Optional - refrigerate overnight.) After pudding has set, spread over layers.

Step IV: Take another small Cool Whip and spread over pudding and top with nuts.

Better if made the day before!
