CHICKEN & NOODLES 
1 chicken
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
1 batch chicken fry noodles (below)

Bake chicken in approximately 3 quarts water, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until meat easily comes off bone. Remove meat from skin and bones, then cut into pieces. Strain broth. Bring broth and enough water to make 3 quarts to boil. Drop in bouillon, salt, pepper and butter. Stir. Drop noodles in boiling water, stirring as you do. Drop in chicken pieces. Continue simmering for 1 hour, adding water if necessary.
