CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
6 green onions, sliced
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, cooked
1 can chicken, cut into sm. pieces
1 can garlic flavored mushrooms (B&B)

Assemble all ingredients for salad and mix. Leftover peas, fresh carrot strips or whatever may be added.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. sesame oil
2 tbsp. Joyce Chen zesty stir fry sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
Seasoning packet from noodles

Mix dressing to taste. Soy sauce may be added. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds or 2 tablespoons slivered almonds may be added. Serve cold.
