EASY VEGETABLE BURGER SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 c. water
1 lg. can soup vegetables, drained
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Cook beef until browned; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Can easily be doubled.
