EASY VEGETABLE SOUP | |
1 (10 oz.) can condensed beef broth 1 soup can water 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 1 bay leaf 1 stalk celery, sliced 1/2 c. elbow macaroni 2 (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning, crushed Pour broth and water into large saucepan; add tomatoes with liquid to pan. Cut tomatoes with kitchen scissors. Add bay leaf, Italian seasoning and sugar. Bring broth mixture to boil; add celery, macaroni and frozen vegetables. Return mixture to boiling; cover and reduce heat. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until all vegetables are done. |
