EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE CAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3 beaten eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 rolls refrigerator chocolate chips cookie dough

Beat the first 4 ingredients until creamy. Line the bottom of a glass 9 x 13 inch baking dish with slices of 1 of the rolls of cookie dough. Press together to join the slices, forming the crust. Spoon the cheese mixture on top. Slice the remaining roll of cookie dough and arrange on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Do not overcook! The cream cheese mixture will not be totally set in the middle but will become firm when cooled. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate until firm. Top with chocolate sauce or whipped topping, if desired.
