EASY ELFIN CHOCOLATE CHIP
CHEESECAKE
 
1 Keebler ready crust (graham cracker)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream (1/2 pt.)
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1 c. mini chocolate chips (6 oz.)
Whipped topping, chocolate shavings or fruit for garnishing (optional)

Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Stir in mini chips. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish as desired.
