3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) sweet condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
18 Oreo cookies, crushed or grasshopper mint cookies
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (6 oz.) mint chocolate chips

Mix first 4 ingredients until smooth and creamy. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press in 13x9 buttered dish. Pour mixture onto crust. Bake for 55 minutes at 300 degrees.
