CINNAMON ROLL COOKIES 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk, scalded and cooled
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 sticks butter

In a small bowl dissolve yeast in water. In a large bowl add flour, salt and 1/4 cup sugar. Cut in butter. Combine eggs and milk. Add to flour mixture. Next add yeast mixture and combine lightly. Refrigerate overnight.

Divide dough in half. Roll each piece into a 12 x 18-inch rectangle. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll tightly and cut into 1-inch pieces.

Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes. Frost with butter, powdered sugar and milk frosting.

Makes 36 cookies.
