COCONUT PHILLY FUDGE BALLS | |
5 c. sifted confectioners' sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded coconut 1/2 tsp. vanilla Dash of salt Gradually add sugar to softened cream cheese, mixing well after each addition. Add 1 cup coconut, vanilla and salt; mix well. Chill. Shape into balls; roll in remaining coconut. Chill several hours or overnight. Approximately 3 dozen. |
