CLAM CHEESE SPREAD 
2 pkgs. cream cheese
1 can clams, minced and drained
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Grated garlic to taste
Salt to taste
Red pepper to taste

Cream the cheese, soften with a little clam liqueur and add clams and seasonings. Add more clam liqueur if needed to moisten or thin. Serve chilled in a bowl with crackers, toast, etc.
